How to use E.I.

E.I. helps you choose subjects that line up with the career you want and the week you actually have.

1. Say it in plain words. Tell E.I. what you are studying, the job you are hoping for when you graduate, and which days you would rather be on campus. One sentence in the box is enough, for example: "Bachelor of IT, want to get into cybersecurity, free Tuesdays and Thursdays".
2. Read your answer across the tabs. Electives is the ranked list for your goal, Cores is what you must take regardless, More holds everything else you can browse, and Career $ shows the salaries and outlooks where your program leads.
3. Shortlist with the pin. Pin the subjects you are considering to My plan and compare just those. Mark subjects you have already passed as done from a card's menu and your next search filters them out.
4. Or start from the career. Open Careers, find the job you want, and chart the RMIT path toward it, then let E.I. plan the electives that get you there.

Keep talking to it. Follow-ups like "weekends only" or "why isn't project management here?" refine the same search instead of starting over.
